Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review detailed service requirements, goods specifications and terms and conditions with Delivery function.
  2. Purchase spare part and services to support company trucks’ operations and their repairs and maintenance.
  3. Sourcing suppliers and select the best quotation for requested items
  4. Follow the vendor selection and approval process to bring vendors on board to the company
  5. Submit to management for approval then issue PO (understand clearly the using purpose of each items)
  6. Purchase goods directly or follow up the goods until delivery from supplier to responsive function and check all related document etc.
  7. Arrange the formalities of collecting the invoice, goods received note, contract, goods handling over, to finance team, etc.
  8. Prepare monthly records, statistics, and reports
  9. Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or upper management.

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Procurement or equivalent
  2. Experiences:
  • At least 2-year experience in procurement of Spare-part, outsourced delivery and contract clearance
  1. Skills and knowledge:
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
    • Competence in managing stock, excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, problem solving, integrity, honesty, and a great team player.
    • Good command of English and Khmer
    • Ability to operate a package of advanced MS Office.
