Mee Chiet bringing donation to the Musical Association of the Handicapped

Mee Chiet brings the charitable donation to the Musical Association of the Handicapped on June 17, 2020. The charity aims to support their living and protect themselves from COVID-19.

The charitable gifts that Mee Chiet brings include Mee Chiet noodles, Vital Premium Water, packs of rice, fish sauces, soy sauces, alcohol, and masks.

LCT, Choeung Sokuntheavy, Executive Director said that “Today’s donation is such a caring deed of our company as we see the struggle of people with disabilities during COVID-19. She continued “We understand that they make money through singing along the street and massages, but during the COVID-19, it has affected their daily sources of income”.

She also urges people with disabilities to take good care of their hygiene by maintaining social distance, frequently washing hands and properly wearing masks to protect them from the infection of COVID-19.

Chab To, director of the Musical Association of the Handicapped mentioned  that “This charity from Mee Chiet comes at the right time when the association is in need, while many members of the disabled are struggling”

Mee Chiet is a Cambodian company involving in many social activities such as donating gifts to the poor and orphans in Phnom Penh and the provinces, also donating to charities and contributing to voluntarily blood donation and so on.

Mee Chiet is a well-known local noodle product. Mee Chiet has in three flavors including minced pork, chicken soup and beef stew, and produced by the latest Japanese machines and technology.
