Manager, Regional Sales

Key Responsibilities

  1. Translate sales strategies into effective sales activities to satisfactorily achieve regional sales KPIs
  2. Provide strategic directions to lead regional sales teams to achieve sales target in respective areas
  3. Develop distribution model in line with nature of business to ensure high sales performance in the respective regions
  4. Develop and conduct customers experience survey and interpret the finding into strategic sales activities
  5. Lead and coach regional sales team to ensure that their capacity and skills are periodically developed
  6. Other tasks assigned by Manager, Group Sales

Key Challenges

  1. Achieving sales targets in the respective region based on an approved-annual business plan requires dynamic and accountable teams to effectively perform in their respective territories
  2. Expanding sales coverages (Sales and Distribution, HoReCa and Modern Trade) and market requires insightful and practical strategy

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
    • Specialized courses on sales and/or marketing training are an advantage
  2. Experiences:
    • Minimum 5 years experience in managing a sales team
    • 3 years working experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG category or Trading company
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Project management skill
    • Demonstrate good communication skills, and problem-solving
    • Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office
    • Strong ability to lead, train and motivate team members
    • Demonstrate the high quality of report and presentation skill
    • Good command of both English and Khmer (Chinese is an advantage)
