Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The overall role of Manager, Brand is to develop market strategy and coordinate marketing campaigns based on approved budget to build brand equity and achieve company business goals.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Develop and implement annual marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives and profitability.<\/li>\n
  2. Plan and implement brand activities based on annual approved budget to ensure effective and efficient usage of resources.<\/li>\n
  3. Lead and manage marketing activities on ATL, BTL and digital with relevant functions and evaluate all activities including promotions to ensure plans are executed effectively in accordance to timeline and expected results.<\/li>\n
  4. Monitor and manage all relevant marketing materials including POSM, POS, premium items and amenities etc\u2026 to ensure all materials are utilized effectively and well allocation and management of stock.<\/li>\n
  5. Work closely with Sales Function on brand activation and merchandising to ensure right POS, right SKU, right segments and amenities being used for the right brand.<\/li>\n
  6. Work closely with Market Insight Function to conduct all kinds of marketing research to identify and initiate corrective actions on issues adversely impacting sales and marketing effectiveness.<\/li>\n
  7. Other tasks assigned by superior.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Education: <\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Experiences: <\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Minimum five years\u2019 experience in marketing role or similar role in FMCG manufacturing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Skills and knowledge: <\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n
          • Good in English, both oral and written<\/li>\n
          • PC literate \u2013 Microsoft Office \u2013 Word, Excel and Power point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
